Soler's strength is the counter: pharmacists who know their customers and take time over advice. The online shop had to keep that personal tone while carrying the whole assortment, from over-the-counter medicines, supplements, herbs and homeopathy to dermocosmetics, mother-and-baby care and medical devices. A catalogue that size cannot be kept up to date by hand, so the products had to flow in automatically, and the shop had to be clear about delivery, payment and how to reach a pharmacist before anyone places an order.

The design starts from the slogan: hand-drawn lilies, echinacea and asters on cream, a deep pharmacy green and a serif italic voice. The hero greets you with the opening hours, the address and the pharmacists' contacts in one card, with a small nod to Plovdiv's Roman amphitheatre. A slide-in menu and a mega menu with a photograph for each category lead into Health, Beauty, Mother and baby, Medical devices and Other, and search shows matching products with their prices as you type.

Underneath, the catalogue syncs automatically: more than 3,900 products, over 2,200 of them in Health, arrive without anyone retyping them, and filters and category chips with live counts keep them easy to browse. Product photos are joining the sync now; until a photo arrives, a product shows the shop's lily drawing instead of an empty frame. Checkout offers Econt delivery to an office, a parcel locker or an address, with cash on delivery and prices in euros. A pharmacist is a call, an email, a WhatsApp or a Viber message away, and the pharmacists write the shop's health blog themselves.
