Real estate agency
L’Artista
L'Artista is a real estate agency in Sofia that splits its commission with the people it represents. We built a site that explains that model clearly and makes the listings easy to search.
01the brief
Making the case for change
L'Artista sets out to change how property is bought and sold in Bulgaria. The agency shares its profit with clients, which runs against the usual commission model, and it treats every sale as a piece of craft. An offer like that invites doubt, so the site had to explain it with confidence and without sounding like a sales trick. It also had to work as a practical property site, with listings and search that buyers can rely on.
02the approach
The model takes centre stage
The commission model is what sets L'Artista apart, so we gave it the same weight on the page as the listings. The homepage opens with a short welcome that explains the agency's approach. Further down, a section headed Why L'Artista lists the reasons in icon cards, worded plainly and kept free of hype.
For buyers, search comes first. It sits on top of wide interior photographs, with filters that begin with the city and region they have in mind. Featured properties appear below as tidy cards led by a photo of the building, with more listings after them. Light backgrounds, Montserrat type and soft neutral accents make the brand look steady and trustworthy, which matters when a company asks people to accept a new way of doing things. Every page is available in Bulgarian and English.
