Private client services
Booking London
Booking London arranges private events, fine dining, chauffeurs and concierge access for clients who value their privacy. We built a site that shows the standard and keeps the details discreet.
01the brief
Show the standard, protect privacy
Booking London's clients value privacy above almost everything else. One standing team covers six disciplines: private events, fine dining and catering, chauffeur and limousine, airport transfers, butler and household staff, and concierge access. The site had to show the quality of that service without exposing clients, venues or names. It needed to feel like a private recommendation, set the right expectations, and give every enquiry a clear and private route to the team.
02the approach
London after dark
The colours come from London at night. Backgrounds are close to black, gold is the only accent, and large Playfair Display carries the wordmark and the service names. Photographs make the case, a plated course here, a car waiting at the kerb there, and the text stays brief and personal.
Each discipline gets the same treatment, with a heading, a single photograph, a short set of details and one way to get in touch. The primary button invites visitors to request an invitation, which suits clients who are used to doors opening for them. Because all six services share one structure, they are easy to compare, and the site reads as the work of a single team.
